It is great to see so many familiar faces here! Jerome, Lucia, thanks for the "hook-up". And Carmen, so very very glad to hear from you again. We seem to have been much better at keeping in touch when keeping in touch meant paper, pen, envelope and stamp instead of pressing a "send" button. Still living in New York, same place.
