Clues for Grammar Time

Hi Edron Mates!

Just to let you know that Tanya-Sensei is wondering why there have been no contributions to her Grammar Time! post.

Perhaps instructions weren't clear? Hmm?

Oh dear.

Well then -

Here's an example:

"Let's play."

Does let's mean:

a) Let is
b) Let has
c) Let us
d) Let possesses play

It means (c), right?

Let's play means Let us play.

In this case, the apostrophe + s is substituting "us".

What about the 20 apostrophes in the text?

Go on, indulge me.
