Jerome you have some memory. I only remember being in a one to one combat situation once at the end of term, my brother Stephen was there and had to split us up when she went for me. To this day I still don't know what her problem was - she used to taunt me and say I was a virgin cause I wore long white socks - dooh, yes I was indeed a virgin but if I had known the white socks were a give away I would have worn a different colour!

And, I remember Nick Papworth (who was teaching English at Edron at the time and who was cousin to my sister's first BIG love Alex Papworth who sadly died in a boating accident - sure some of you would have known about this) would tell me not to fret and as he knew I wanted to be a Ballet dancer took me to see The Royal Ballet who were touring Mexico - an old girlfriend of his was in the Corps de Ballet and we watched from the wings - how nice was that!

Anyway, can't say I can even remember what the girl looked like. But... would that be considered bullying these days? Could I claim compensation or therapy from Edron?
