I agree completely, Scotland is a must if you're anywhere near. It's still natural and raw, a bit like Mexico in some ways. I remember your Scottish dancing well, and a fight you had with Andrea Shelley while still in costume.
About Stefano's name, I think he changed it to sound more American and to avoid being called Stephanie... to each his own.
