Margaret, I'll forgive your digression off our main topic because your little pirate looks so cute. The cake looks perfect too. It's very worrying seeing as you said you baked it yourself. What happened to you Margaret? Get away from the little beast and go back to work so you can bake pointless memos and emails like the rest of us.

On the spelling of my name: as Jerome suggested I dropped the “e” because Americans pronounced it as Stephanie. So it’s officially Stephan- except for Jerome and Sandrine who are anti-American and still write it the old way. I forgive them because they don't know any better. They live in a place that has no central heating and indigenous people do their laundry for them.

Edward the Stuart, you are totally right. Lacor has to go. I’m tired of not being able to pronounce my own name. How do you pronounce it in anything except French? I was thinking Lake for my US Naturalization but Laker is better, except that I’m a Chicago Bulls fan. At least I was when Dennis Rodman played for them- loved his tattoos.
