Ed's music, ogres, jjerome's jesus and the stoics

Tanya, Patrick, and Edward the Stuart; thanks for the posting. I thought the music was a little dissonant, but liked Ed’s hat and the part where Tanya starts taking her clothes off- didn’t like it when she changed her mind though. What happened Tanya? Patrick give you the evil eye?

In regards to the somber conversation that was interrupted- it is a little dark when your girlfriend compliments your anatomy by comparing you to a green, overweight, cartoon, ogre. In that one, I’m with Jerome. Lucia will have some answering to do when I come back from my business trip in Germany. Only positive to her references, is that Lucia’s thing for Ogres makes her more accepting of my moods; and my brutish lovemaking.

Jerome you leave me no option. I will have to respond to your incessant Jesus blabber by paraphrasing Marcus Aurelius; Book 11, 3:

“This readiness of soul for it’s own release is a beautiful thing- but it must come from a specific decision, rooted in thought and reason. It must be deliberate and dignified, not dramatic and a product of irrational revolt, as with the Christians”

I say: had the Romans been more diligent in making pet food out of Jesus freaks, we wouldn’t be in the predicament we are in today. Long live Socrates, Epictetus, the other Stoics and Marcus Aurelius; lets leave Jesus to W and Sarah P.

Margaret: What older sister? Nobody tells me anything!
