Greetings from Guate

Dear Lucia,

Sorry about the 'slight' delay in replying, but I've started a longer letter so many times that I thought a short note was better than nothing...always seem to be slightly rushed here (now Guatemala, as per normal at this time of year), even if most people think that I'm on holiday most of the time!

Your new Edron blog looks great. I have some old photographs which I could send you to include.

In Guatemala, apart from continuing with some of my old projects with weaving cooperatives, and trying to usher along my collaborators on the children's books we are (allegedly) writing on Maya culture, I keep playing for my beers in bars (following Johnny Cash's old dictum). I even think from time to time about my thesis on the interart parallel (Ut Chorea Hyphansis? – As is Dance, so is Weaving?)

More later. Chawil awiib'
